Adobe CS4 Released

The newest generation of Adobe’s Creative Suite, Adobe CS4, was announced today. The new software has a lot of great new features. Here is a list of a few of the top new features:

Photoshop

2. 3D transformation tools

3. Motion presets for quick animations

4. Bones tool for animating linked objects

Dreamweaver

1. Easy “Live View” editing mode

2. Code hinting for productivity

Fireworks

1. AIR authoring for easy exporting to HTML, CSS, MXML, and SWF

2. Workspace and tools upgrades

Soundbooth

1. Multitrack support

2. New file format for integration with other programs

3. Automatic volume correction

4. Speech recognition and speech search tools

Premiere

1. End-to-end metadata workflow

2. Speech recognition and speech search tools

3. New editing tools for efficiency

4. Enhanced SWF output

After Effects

1. Live Photoshop 3D layers import

That is a pretty long list, and that’s not everything. CS4 is only available for preorder, but it will be out for purchase soon.
